Prior to Channel, Paul held senior roles at Blue Mountain Capital, was Head of Structured Credit Markets at Credit Agricole and Head of Credit Correlation Trading at Citibank after leaving Morgan Stanley where he spent 7 years in senior credit and trading roles.
Ron has 40 years of experience in int’l asset management, IBs and financial regulation. Previous roles include CEO of ABG and Vice Chairman of Barclays Asset Management. Ron has also held roles at AXA, Promontory, JPM.
Jason has 20 years of CXO experience across OakNorth, Aldermore and other new-start fintechs. He has in-depth experience from building new-start banks, as well as FIG M&A due diligence processes, securitizations and loan portfolio acquisitions and management. He has operated across, and has experience in different regulatory and legal geographies.
Chris has 20 years of experience as CEO of OakNorth Bank and CEO and founder of the fintech DF Capital and Aldermore. He led a $12bn GE Capital platform in EMEA and has advised and worked with various PE and hedge funds, including Arrowgrass, on executing fintech investment strategies. Chris currently sits on the board of the Nordic bank Brocc A.B. and fintech DBT.
Mark has 30 years of experience from investment banking and private equity. Previous roles include Head of Fundraising and Funding at Nordic Capital, as well as various senior roles within leveraged finance at SEB and Bank of Scotland.
