Paul has over 20 years in structured credit most recently as CIO for Channel Capital. Prior to Channel, Paul held senior roles at Blue Mountain Capital, was Head of Structured Credit Markets at Credit Agricole and Head of Credit Correlation Trading at Citibank after leaving Morgan Stanley where he spent 7 years in senior credit and trading roles.

Muhammad Ali

Muhammad is Head of Finance / Accountant at Proponent

Muhammad has over nine years of experience in corporate finance, taxation, and financial reporting, working across multiple jurisdictions including the UK, Luxembourg, and Pakistan. Most recently, he has advised on complex IFRS reporting, cross-border tax compliance, and strategic financial management for international clients. Prior to this, Muhammad held senior finance roles overseeing corporate restructuring, investment fund compliance, and valuation modelling, drawing on a strong track record in delivering precise, results-oriented financial solutions.

Ronald Gould

Ron is a Senior Advisor to Proponent

Ron has 40 years of experience in int’l asset management, IBs and financial regulation. Previous roles include CEO of ABG and Vice Chairman of Barclays Asset Management. Ron has also held roles at AXA, Promontory, JPM.

Mark Bulmer

Mark is Co-founder and CEO at Proponent.

Mark has 30 years of experience from investment banking and private equity. Previous roles include Head of Fundraising and Funding at Nordic Capital, as well as various senior roles within leveraged finance at SEB and Bank of Scotland.
